We are looking for an experienced Facebook Ads Specialist to join our growing team, working primarily with Australian service-based businesses and trade businesses. This is not an eCommerce role. Our clients include electricians, plumbers, HVAC, roofing, cleaning, and other local service businesses where lead generation is the primary objective.
If your portfolio primarily consists of Shopify/eCommerce campaigns, this position is not the right fit.
What You'll Be Doing
- ? ?Create, manage and optimise Meta (Facebook & Instagram) advertising campaigns.
- ? ?Generate high-quality leads for local service businesses.
- ? ?Test new creative angles, audiences, offers and conversion strategies.
- ? ?Monitor campaign performance and make ongoing optimisations.
- ? ?Troubleshoot underperforming campaigns.
- ? ?Work closely with our team to develop new lead generation strategies.
- ? ?Provide concise updates on campaign performance and recommended improvements.
Requirements
- ? ?Proven experience managing Meta Ads for service-based businesses.
- ? ?Experience with Australian businesses is highly preferred.
- ? ?Strong understanding of lead generation campaigns.
- ? ?Experience with Instant Forms, Website Conversions, Messenger and WhatsApp campaigns.
- ? ?Ability to analyse campaign data and make strategic optimisation decisions.
- ? ?Excellent written English.
- ? ?Reliable internet connection and ability to communicate regularly.
Preferred Experience
- ? ?Australian trades (Electricians, Plumbers, HVAC, Roofing, etc.)
- ? ?Local lead generation campaigns.
- ? ?Meta Pixel and Conversion API.
- ? ?Landing page optimisation.
- ? ?CRM and lead tracking integrations.
