We are seeking a customer-focused and highly organised Family Engagement Specialist to join our Childcare team. As the first point of contact for families, you will play a pivotal role in supporting children, families and centres throughout the enrolment journey,



from initial enquiry through to a child's first day of attendance.

This role combines customer service, administration and enrolment management expertise to deliver an outstanding family experience while supporting service utilisation targets across our childcare network. You'll work closely with centre teams, families and key stakeholders to ensure enrolment processes are seamless, compliant and family-centred.

You’ll help us shape the future of children in our care by:

- Responding to enrolment enquiries in a timely and qualified manner
- Supporting families through the enrolment process from enquiry to commencement
- Support centres with transition planning
- Prepare new year roles to support workforce planning
- Conducting audits of enrolled family files and master rolls
- Monitoring and managing waitlists to maximise occupancy and utilisation outcomes
