As our Finance Officer, you'll play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our finance function. Reporting to the Finance Manager, you'll work across accounts payable, accounts receivable, reconciliations and month-end processing to support the financial operations of a large community services organisation. What You'll Be Doing Processing accounts payable invoices and supplier payments
Raising customer invoices and supporting accounts receivable activities
Performing bank and general ledger reconciliations
Assisting with month-end processes, journals and reporting
Responding to finance enquiries from managers and employees.
About You To be successful, you will have: Experience in a Finance Officer, Accounts Officer or similar finance administration role
Experience with accounts payable and accounts receivable
Experience performing reconciliations and supporting month-end activities
Experience using finance systems, ideally TechnologyOne
Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills A proactive, cooperative approach and strong problem-solving skills What We Offer In addition to being part of an organisation that genuinely makes a difference in people's lives, you'll enjoy: Annual base salary of up to $85,797 depending on experience and qualifications
