Hours

Monday – Thursday: 10:00am – 7:30pm

Friday: 10:00am – 2:00pm

Weekends: Yours to enjoy.

What You'll Be Doing

As the Club Operations Manager, you'll be responsible for driving the success of the club.

You'll lead by example and take ownership of:

- Growing memberships and converting new leads.
- Following up enquiries via phone, SMS, email and walk-ins.
- Delivering an outstanding member experience that keeps people coming back.
- Leading and motivating your team to achieve results.
- Building relationships with local businesses and the community.
- Managing club social media and creating engaging content.
- Running club events, promotions and referral campaigns.




- Ensuring the club is clean, safe and presented to a premium standard.
- Monitoring club performance and continuously looking for opportunities to improve.
