GreenGrass Lawns and Landscapes is growing, and we are looking for reliable team members to join our regular garden maintenance teams.

We are hiring multiple garden maintenance team members and are also on the lookout for a suitable Team Leader.

This role is suited to someone who enjoys organised, regular outdoor work, takes pride in high standards, communicates well, and wants to be part of a supportive team.

About the work Depending on your experience, your work may include:

- Lawn mowing, edging and brushcutting
- Hedging, pruning, weeding, mulching and plant care
- Weed control and herbicide application
- Monitoring gardens and identifying issues
- Communicating job updates through our systems
- Providing friendly, respectful service when interacting with clients

For Leading Hand applicants, the role may also include coordinating a small crew, reviewing job details, planning the day's work, maintaining standards on site, supporting team members, upholding business culture, and communicating with management and the office. Who we are looking for The right attitude matters as much as experience.



You will be a good fit if you are reliable, physically fit, safety-conscious, proud of your work, and able to work well as part of a team.

Previous experience in garden maintenance, mowing, parks and gardens, horticulture, lawn care or similar work is highly regarded. Qualifications such as Certificate III in Parks and Gardens, Horticulture or Landscaping are also highly regarded, but not essential for every role. For the Leading Hand role, previous experience guiding a small team, maintaining work standards, and communicating clearly with clients, team members and management will be highly regarded.

Essential requirements

- Current Class C driver's licence
- Manual licence preferred and required for some roles
- Ability to pass a National Criminal History Check
- Physical fitness for outdoor manual work
- Current work authorisation in Australia
- A positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team

Depending on the role, you may also need to hold or be willing to obtain a Blue Card, First Aid qualification, herbicide application accreditation or chainsaw accreditation.
