Pay: AU$77,000.00 per year

Duties include:

- Consulting with clients about haircut, style, colour and treatment requirements.
- Cutting, trimming, styling, colouring, straightening and permanently waving hair.
- Shaving and trimming beards and moustaches.
- Applying hair treatments, including conditioning and scalp treatments.
- Advising clients on hair care, hairstyles and suitable products.
- Maintaining hygiene, cleanliness and safety standards in the salon.
- Using clippers, scissors, razors and other hairdressing tools safely.
- Bleaching, tinting, colouring and highlighting hair.
- Performing chemical straightening or permanent waving where required.
- Recommending and selling hair care products.
- Cleaning work areas and sanitising tools and equipment.




- Scheduling appointments and maintaining client records where required.

Requirements:

- Certificate III or Certificate IV in Hairdressing or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience as a Hairdresser.
- Must have full working rights in Australia.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced salon environment.
