?‍? Your Role

Whether you’re an experienced Crane Technician or a qualified LV/HV Mechanic ready to upskill, this role gives you exposure to a wide variety of work:

- Diagnostics, servicing, and repairs on cranes and heavy equipment
- Hydraulics and electrical fault finding
- Rebuilds on mechanical systems including engines and gearboxes
- Field service and breakdown support (optional regional/offshore)
- Supporting crane assembly and commissioning projects

No two days are the same – you’ll be hands-on, learning from experienced crane techs, and building skills that set you apart in the industry.

✅ What We’re Looking For

- Mechanical Trade Certificate
- 2–3 years’ experience in a similar role
- Strong mechanical diagnostic & problem-solving skills




- Basic auto-electrical knowledge
- Valid Driver’s Licence (HR desirable)
- Sound communication skills & team focus
- Basic IT proficiency (Outlook essential, ServiceM8 desirable)
- Previous experience with mobile cranes (Franna, Tadano, Liebherr) highly regarded – but we will train the right candidate

Bonus advantages (not essential):

- Prior Leading Hand / Foreman experience Training apprentices and new mechanics.
- Dual trade (Auto Electrician + Mechanic)
- HR Licence or high-risk rigging/crane tickets
