A Day in the Life Reporting to the Store Manager at Myer Melbourne, you will run our luxury private cabin, delivering Helena Rubinstein's ultra-premium cellular treatments.

- Signature Treatments: Perform bespoke, high-touch facial protocols with absolute precision.
- Skincare Consultations: Conduct advanced skin diagnoses and recommend personalized routines.
- Client Relations: Build lasting relationships with elite clients to drive brand loyalty.
- Retail Integration: Seamlessly link cabin experiences to retail performance.

We Are Looking For You are a qualified therapist with a high-end service mindset. Key requirements:

- Beauty/Dermal Qualification: A completed diploma or degree in Beauty Therapy or Dermal Science.
- Client Centricity: Ability to deliver premium, personalized customer experiences.
- Commercial Acumen: Skills to translate cabin treatments into retail sales.
- Active Listening: Strong communication skills to understand unique skin concerns.
- Autonomy: Reliability in managing cabin bookings and hygiene standards.
