Warehouse Operators – High Reach & Counterbalance Forklift Drivers

Location: Eastern Creek, NSW

Our client is seeking experienced High Reach Forklift Operators and Counterbalance Forklift Operators to join their busy supply chain and logistics operation in Eastern Creek. You will be working with the transportation, storage, and distribution of medical supplies, pharmaceuticals, and equipment to ensure timely access to essential healthcare resources.

Key Responsibilities:

- High reach forklift operation (up to 8-bay racking)
- Counterbalance forklift operation
- Put-a-ways and replenishment
- Truck loading and unloading
- Stock movements and inventory control
- RF scanning and warehouse computer systems
- Consignment processing and dispatch
- Working safely and efficiently in a busy warehouse environment

Essential Requirements:

- Current LF Forklift Licence
- Proven experience operating High Reach forklifts (up to 8-bay racking)
- Counterbalance forklift experience
- Experience with put-a-ways, replenishment, and loading/unloading
- Computer literacy and experience using warehouse management systems
- Consignment processing experience
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety
- Reliable transport and a strong work ethic





Shift-Specific Requirements:

- 6:00am Shift: Over 3 years high reach experience in picking, put-a-way, replenishment, loading experience, computer skill with consigning exposure
- 8:00am Shift: Cool room experience is required.
- 10:00am Shift: Over 3 years high reach experience in picking, put-a-way, replenishment, loading experience, computer skill with consigning exposure
