Our client, a technology transformation business located in Melbourne are looking for someone to lead the implementation and delivery of Autodesk's connected construction stack: Construction Cloud, Docs, Cost Management and Forma for their clients across commercial construction and infrastructure.

This isn't a purely technical implementation role. We need someone who understands how money, documents and approvals actually move through a construction or infrastructure project, and who can walk into a room with site managers, PMs, commercial teams and executives and be taken seriously from the first conversation.

You'll own delivery end to end - discovery, solution design, configuration, migration, training and post-go-live support — while also keeping an eye out for the next opportunity in every client relationship.

What You'll Do

Implementation & Delivery

- Run discovery and current-state workshops with client stakeholders, from project teams through to executive sponsors
- Design target-state workflows and produce solution design documentation, implementation plans and success criteria
- Configure Autodesk Construction Cloud — account/project setup, folder structures and templates, permission models, naming and metadata standards, review and approval workflows, issues, transmittals and Bridge
- Configure Cost Management — budget and cost code structures, contracts, change orders, progress claims, forecasting and reporting
- Plan and execute data migration from legacy systems and file shares, including structure, metadata and permissions mapping
- Deliver pilot projects, phased roll outs and hypercare, managing issues through to resolution

Enablement & Adoption

- Deliver training for end users, project administrators and account admins — in person, remote and via written material
- Produce standards, quick reference guides, playbooks and SOPs tailored to each client
- Drive change management and adoption: identify and coach champions,



track usage, report on adoption
- Act as a trusted advisor post-implementation through regular check-ins, optimisation reviews and road-map conversations

Commercial & Growth

- Identify potential opportunities for additional services or expanded scope within existing accounts
- Build genuine relationships that generate referral business
- Represent the business with the confidence and authority expected of a trusted advisor, not just a system configurer

Internal Capability

- Build and maintain reusable delivery assets — templates, configuration standards, training material and methodology
- Keep current with the Autodesk roadmap and share knowledge across the team
- Feed client insights and product gaps back to Autodesk

What We're Looking For

Essential

- Strong background in commercial construction and/or infrastructure — ideally from a contract administration, cost control, or commercial/project controls or Project Management role
- Solid commercial acumen: real, hands-on understanding of budgets, contracts, variations, progress claims, cost reporting and forecasting
- Solid understanding of construction and infrastructure document flow and approvals — how information, cost and risk actually move through a project
- Good technical/computer ability — confident configuring and navigating systems (you don't need to be a developer, but you need to be genuinely comfortable in software, not intimidated by it)
- Hands-on experience with Autodesk Construction Cloud,



Autodesk Docs/Data Management and/or Cost Management is highly regarded; digital construction exposure more broadly is desirable
- Working knowledge of common data environment principles and information management standards (ISO 19650 or equivalent)
- Confident facilitating workshops and training, and presenting to mixed technical and non-technical audiences
- Leads with confidence and instils authority and comfortable in front of site managers, engineers and executives alike, and able to stand your ground when the room pushes back
- Commercially minded — able to spot and pursue opportunities for further work and referral business within client relationships
- Strong attention to detail — this role touches budgets, contracts and approval workflows where mistakes are costly
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent client engagements on scope and on schedule
- Full working rights in Australia and willingness to travel to client sites

Highly Regarded

- Exposure to Autodesk Forma or other early-stage design/site analysis tools
- Integration experience: APS/Forge APIs, ERP or finance system integrations
- Prior consulting, professional services or reseller/partner experience
- Autodesk certifications, or a demonstrated track record of picking up new systems quickly
