The position supports the outpatient rehabilitation intake, assesses eligibility and prioritises referrals according to guidelines. Open to Allied Health professionals (Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy or Exercise Physiology) with solid clinical experience and multidisciplinary rehabilitation knowledge; 3 days per week.
