With a strong pipeline of mandates and continued growth across the business, they are now looking to add an experienced Associate II/III or early-stage Vice President to their team.
This role is ideal for someone who wants to move beyond pure execution support and step into a more visible, commercially involved position, working closely with senior bankers, clients and decision-makers across the full transaction lifecycle.
The Opportunity
You will play a central role across live transactions, origination support, client engagement and junior team leadership.
You will be trusted to manage key workstreams, drive analysis, oversee junior bankers, prepare high-quality client materials and contribute directly to transaction strategy. You will work in a lean, high-performing team where strong performers are given genuine responsibility and direct exposure to senior clients.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage key workstreams across M&A;,
capital raisings, strategic advisory and corporate finance mandates.
- Build, review and oversee financial models, valuation analysis, scenario analysis and transaction structuring work.
- Prepare and review pitch books, information memoranda, board papers, management presentations and transaction documentation.
- Coordinate due diligence processes, manage transaction timelines, identify key issues and ensure workstreams are delivered to a high standard.
- Work directly with clients, attend meetings, support senior bankers and help manage communication across transactions.
- Supervise Analysts and junior Associates, review their work and help develop their technical and commercial capability.
- Contribute to market mapping, sector research, strategic ideas, pitch preparation and new business initiatives.
What We’re Looking For
- 4-8 years of relevant experience across investment banking, corporate advisory, M&A;, transaction services, valuations, private equity or a closely related field.
- Strong financial modelling, valuation and transaction execution capability.
- Experience preparing high-quality client materials, including pitch books, information memoranda, board papers and transaction documentation.
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams,
coordinate stakeholders and keep transactions moving under pressure.
- Strong commercial judgement, attention to detail and ability to think beyond the numbers.
- Confident written and verbal communication skills, with the maturity to engage with clients and senior stakeholders.
- Experience reviewing the work of junior team members and helping them improve.
- A genuine interest in M&A;, capital markets, business strategy and corporate advisory.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Commerce, Economics, Law or a related discipline.
