This is a unique role that combines work from home administration with on-site housekeeping, giving you flexibility, variety and the opportunity to become a key part of our business.

About the role

You'll be involved in a mix of:

- Providing housekeeping services for our clients
- Responding to client enquiries via phone, text and email

- Supporting bookings and scheduling
- Assisting with marketing and social media

- General administration
- Helping with accounts (experience is an advantage)
- Supporting our team wherever needed to help the business run smoothly

Think of this as a 2IC role—someone who enjoys wearing many hats and helping keep everything together over approx 18-25 hrs a week.

- A genuine enjoyment or gift of housekeeping (incl cleaning, washing, cooking, ironing, organising)
- Love helping people and providing outstanding customer service
- Communicate with kindness and professionalism
- Learn new technology and apps quickly
- Enjoy juggling different tasks and solving problems
- Stay calm under pressure
- Have a good eye for detail and trust your instincts
- Like finding better ways to do things




- Enjoy working independently while being part of a supportive team
- Are happy to help wherever needed

Experience in sales, marketing, bookkeeping or administration is welcomed, but attitude, reliability and a willingness to learn are just as important.

Minimum requirements

- Current NSW driver's licence
- Reliable vehicle
- Live on the Central Coast
- Reliable home internet and mobile phone coverage
- Reasonably fit and capable of housekeeping duties
- Willing to obtain a Police Check
