Bullfrog is a Melbourne-based creative and growth agency focused on evidence-based business decisions, brand strategy, creativity and design.

We're looking for a Junior Designer to join our team on a contract basis, supporting an established client and gaining exposure to a broad range of creative and content work across the agency, making it a great opportunity to continue building your skills in a diverse, fast-moving environment.

This role is ideal for someone with a strong eye for detail who enjoys producing high-quality design at pace. You'll work with experienced design leaders, strategists and client partners to deliver everything from digital display templates and eDMs through to brochures, marketing and print collateral.

What You'll Do

- Design and produce digital campaign assets including display advertising, web graphics and eDM creative.
- Apply existing brand guidelines consistently across a wide range of deliverables including print collateral.
- Prepare artwork and production-ready files with exceptional attention to detail.
- Collaborate with designers and Client Services to deliver work on time and to a high standard.
- Manage multiple briefs simultaneously while working to tight deadlines.
- Continually refine your work through feedback and iteration.





About You You're an organised and curious designer who enjoys bringing ideas to life through thoughtful layout, typography and visual craft. You care about getting the details right, take pride in producing polished work and enjoy collaborating with others to deliver outstanding outcomes.

You'll likely have:

- 1–3 years' experience in a studio, agency or in-house design role.
- Strong proficiency across Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop.
- Working knowledge of Figma.
- Excellent layout, typography and information design skills.
- Experience producing artwork for both digital and print.
- Confidence with basic video editing is a nice-to-have, not a must.
- Strong organisation and file management skills.
- A collaborative mindset and willingness to learn from those around you.
- The ability to work efficiently across multiple projects without compromising quality.

Experience designing eDMs, digital display advertising or marketing collateral for large brands will be highly regarded.

Engagement

- Initial eight-week contract.
- Approximately three days per week.
- Melbourne hybrid (in office/remote) preferred.
- Immediate start.
