About the Role

Category 5 Labour Management is building our local workforce for upcoming opportunities across a range of industries. We are seeking dependable, safety-focused candidates interested in ad hoc and ongoing work across industrial, mining and commercial sites.

We’re also keen to hear from workers who are looking to pick up additional shifts on their week off. If you’re available between swings and want to earn extra income, we’d love to hear from you.

Due to the nature of our client requirements, successful applicants must be available at short notice, contactable by phone, and ready to mobilise when opportunities arise.

Roles may include:

- Industrial Cleaners
- Labourers
- Trade Assistants
- Mechanical Fitters
- Kitchen Staff
- Qualified Hi Rail Operators
- Warehouse Operators (16T LF)
- HR Drivers
- And other local opportunities as they arise

Skills & Experience

- Local to Karratha or surrounding areas with own accommodation
- Current C Class Driver’s Licence
- Rio Tinto inducted (highly regarded)
- HRWL and/or additional tickets highly regarded
- Able to pass pre-employment medical and Drug & Alcohol screening
- Reliable with a strong commitment to safety
- Available at short notice and contactable by phone
- Versatile availability,



including those looking to work between rostered swings or current employment
