Kitchen Supervisor at Wingboy in Parramatta

Wingboy is looking for a hands-on Kitchen Supervisor to join our Parramatta team! If you’re passionate about food, enjoy leading by example, and thrive in a fast-paced kitchen environment, we’d love to have you on board.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise and support kitchen staff during prep and service
- Ensure smooth kitchen operations and consistent food quality
- Assist in training, motivating, and mentoring kitchen team members
- Monitor food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness standards
- Manage prep levels, stock control, and minimise waste
- Support the Head Chef / Assistant Kitchen Manager with daily kitchen operations

Requirements:

- Previous experience in a supervisory or senior kitchen role




- Robust leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to food quality, safety, and consistency
- Knowledge of food safety and WHS standards
- Must have a valid visa to work in Australia
