The Role

As a Leading Hand, you will be responsible for coordinating site activities and supporting the crew to deliver projects safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.





You will work closely with our Construction Manager and Project Coordinator to ensure jobs are running smoothly, crews are organised, and our clients receive a qualified experience from start to finish.

This is not a role for someone who stands back and points fingers.

We’re looking for someone who leads by example and takes pride in doing the job properly.
