Working as part of a collaborative team of Learning Support Analysts and reporting to the Learning Lead, you will coordinate the planning and delivery of learning activities across the program.

Please note this is a fixed-term contract with a salary banding of $95,000-$105,000 superannuation, depending on experience.
What you'll be doing
You will help ensure learning activities are well planned, clearly communicated and delivered successfully across a diverse workforce.
Your responsibilities will include
- Coordinating training schedules, session bookings, facilitators, participants, venues and virtual learning arrangements.
- Working closely with the Learning Lead, change team, project team and subject matter experts.
- Supporting the rollout of end-user training for the TechnologyOne ERP platform.
- Managing training invitations, communications, attendance records and participant enquiries.
- Maintaining learning calendars, trackers, documentation and completion records.
- Coordinating the preparation and distribution of learning materials, user guides and supporting resources.
- Supporting facilitators before and during training delivery.
- Monitoring participation and completion rates and preparing regular progress reports.
- Helping identify scheduling conflicts, learner risks and gaps in training coverage.
- Gathering feedback and supporting continuous improvement of the learning experience.
- Ensuring learning materials and records are accurate,
current and appropriately stored.
About you You will bring approximately 3-5 years’ experience in learning coordination, training coordination, learning and development, or a related project support role.
You will ideally have
- Experience supporting learning delivery within an ERP implementation, technology rollout or transformation program.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to coordinate multiple learning activities simultaneously.
- Experience managing training schedules, logistics, bookings, communications and reporting.
- Confidence working with employees, managers, facilitators, SMEs and project stakeholders.
- Strong written communication skills and excellent attention to detail.
- Experience maintaining learning records through an LMS or similar platform.
- Exposure to developing or updating user guides, presentations, quick-reference guides or other learning resources.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams and SharePoint.
- The ability to adapt quickly as program timelines and learning requirements evolve.
Experience with TechnologyOne ERP would be highly regarded. However, candidates who have supported other enterprise platforms such as SAP, Oracle, Workday or Microsoft Dynamics 365 are also encouraged to apply.
