Altius is seeking a Rehabilitation Counsellor to join our Campbelltown office. You will identify and address physical, psychological, social, environmental and organisational factors influencing return-to-work and provide strategies to support successful outcomes.

Responsibilities include managing return-to-work cases under WorkCover, conducting Initial Needs Assessments, Functional Capacity Evaluations, Workplace and Vocational Assessments, and delivering vocational counselling and well-being
