Job Title: Maintenance Supervisor | Permanent Full Time

Location: Matraville

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 38 hours per week

Overtime available

Salary: Up to $139k per annum

Support business strategy execution through effective decision-making, coaching, change management, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements & Qualifications Summary:

Responsible for achieving business goals through maintenance planning, reliability improvements, budget support, and team development.

Requires experience in maintenance operations, stakeholder management, HSE compliance, and a Mechanical Engineering qualification or equivalent.





Competencies & Skills Summary:

Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to collaborate across teams, customers, and contractors.

Demonstrated commercial awareness, problem-solving ability, and focus on achieving operational excellence and continuous improvement.
