About the Opportunity

The Information Technology (IT) function is seen as an important enabler to the achievement ofHammondCare’smission. This is driven by the requirement of theorganisationto meet the changing needs of people with complex health or aged care needs and our employees within a growing geographically diverseorganisationand across a continuum of care.

The role of SalesforceSeniorDeveloper is to support within the Mission and Mission in Action of HammondCare to ensure that HammondCare gets the best value from its investment in SFDC solutions.

**Thisis amaximum term contract for 12 monthsbased at St Leonardswith hybrid working opportunities.**

What you will be doing

- Collaborating with the stakeholders and the technical team tovalidatebusiness requirements and solution design with any development considerations (security, scalability, limits)

- Develop in Salesforce using standard automation tools and custom development tools based on specific requirements to extend Salesforce to support business requirements

- Maintaining existing Apex, LWC, Flows,etc; setting new standards as required going forward

- Work withdevopsand release management tools asrequired(gearset,github)

- Custom User Interface development, including Lightning pages, Aura Components** andLightning Web Components





- Integrations: Use Salesforce APIs orMulesoftComposer to integrate with other systems used in the organization

- Adhere to Salesforce best practices,maintaincode documentation, and write /maintaintest classes for all custom development

- Engage with all Agile Ceremonies within a release cycle to implement and deploy updates to existing applications and code,utilisingJira, Service Now,devopsand test automation tools as available

- Peer review development work completed by internal team and delivery partnersCollaborate with other IT disciplines including service delivery, infrastructure, security, other application developers or partners, data and BI analytics and partner development teams

- Integrating andmaintainingbusiness applications within our Salesforce Platform Stack such asMulesoftComposer,FormAssembly, Conga Composer, Conga Sign, Experian, Amazon Connect and Google API

- Collaborate with other IT disciplines including service delivery, infrastructure, security, other application developers or partners, data and BI analytics and partner development teams

- Support the Business Champions, Salesforce Administrators, System Analysts,Business Analysts, Solution Architects, Technical Lead, Technical Architect, and partner consultants in any capacityrequiredas needed whenworking as part of the team

About you

- Certified Salesforce Platform Developer I and Platform Developer II OmnistudioDeveloper

- 6 years minimum working as a Salesforce Developer or equivalent experience

- High level communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work well to solve problem within a team

- Proficient with Microsoft Visual Studio, Salesforce Lightning DesignSystemand the Salesforce development lifecycle

- Experience developing inOmnistudio, Apex, Visualforce,Javascript, and SF declarative automation tools

- Ability to write, update and interpret technical specification documentation and test scripts

- Experience with Confluence, Jira andDevOps

- Able to work independently and as part of a team

- A willingness to learn and continue grow your skills in this role and as a Salesforce Professional

Desirable

- Certification or Experience in Health Cloud

- Experience in the Aged Care, Health Sector or Non-profit organisation

- Competency in HTML, CSS, SQL,Javascript, REST and SOAP-based web services

- Java, C++, .NET or otherObject Orientedprogramming experience

- Familiarity with developingon other cloud platforms, such as MS Azure or AWS

- Contribution to open-source projects, or personal project in a good state of development
