Your Mission

Campaign & Event Management

Coordinate and execute integrated marketing campaigns and events across digital, print, social media, and in-person channels to support brand awareness, product launches, customer engagement, and business growth initiatives.

Develop and manage marketing collateral and promotional content, including brochures, presentations, eDMs, videos, social media content, and event materials, ensuring alignment with corporate branding and communication guidelines.o Plan and deliver external and internal events, including conferences, seminars, trade exhibitions, workshops, town halls, kick-off meetings, and employee engagement activities across Australia and New Zealand.

Manage end-to-end campaign and event logistics, including scheduling, registrations, venue coordination, supplier and vendor management, promotional activities, and onsite support to ensure successful execution.

Collaborate with regional teams, internal stakeholders, external agencies, and suppliers to coordinate marketing initiatives, campaigns, and events that align with business objectives.

Monitor market trends, competitor activity, customer insights, and campaign performance metrics to evaluate effectiveness, optimise engagement, and support continuous improvement and marketing strategy development.

Track and manage campaign and event budgets, ensuring activities are delivered within approved expenditure and achieve targeted outcomes and return on investment (ROI).

Content, Brand & Digital Communications

Develop and deliver internal and external communication strategies across digital and print channels.

Create and manage content for employee and marketing communications, including campaigns and intranet updates.

Lead brand execution and develop creative concepts for campaigns, events, and initiatives.

Oversee digital and multimedia content, including email, social, presentations, photography, and video.

Marketing Operations & Project Delivery

Manage end-to-end delivery of marketing and communication projects, ensuring timelines and objectives are met.

Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, sales teams, regional marketing, and external vendors.

Support sales enablement through development of marketing tools, onboarding resources, and communication materials.

Maintain and govern digital asset management systems, ensuring assets are current, organised, and accessible.

Ensure effective workflows, budget awareness, and operational alignment across initiatives.





Coordination & management of demonstration assets & customer loan assets to provide best customer product experience.

Compliance

Ensure marketing activities are completed in a compliant manner with appropriate documentation as per both KARL STORZ Compliance & MTAA/MTANZ guidelines.

SOP creation, management & adherence to processes appropriate to the role.

Management and retention of required documentation in appropriate locations for purposes of record retention and audit.

Work Health & Safety (WHS) & Event Compliance

Ensure WHS requirements are integrated into the planning and delivery of all external and internal events

Conduct and coordinate risk assessments, ensuring appropriate controls, contractor compliance, and safe work practices.

Partner with venues, suppliers, and stakeholders to manage risks, maintain

Your Talents

Minimum bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or related discipline.

Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing, communications &/or events management roles.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.• Strong project coordination and stakeholder management capability.

High attention to detail with strong organisational skills.

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Salesforce, Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Figma, or similar creative design platforms.

Competent with digital marketing, email communications, and social media platforms.

Experience within a multinational or healthcare/MedTech environment.

Experience with email marketing platforms and basic HTML for email campaigns.

Photography and video editing capability for purpose of creation of digital promotional campaigns.

Experience with digital asset management systems.

Understanding of customer journey mapping and customer engagement strategies.
