Disability Support Worker - Complex Care
We’re a values-driven in-home and community support provider that genuinely invests in both our clients and our staff. We believe great care starts with the right match, solid relationships, and support workers who feel confident, trained, and valued.
We are currently looking for reliable, compassionate Support Workers to join our growing team across multiple Melbourne locations.
Why work with JessiCare?
Thoughtful client - support worker matching We spend significant time carefully matching support workers with the right clients - and clients with the right support workers. This creates strong, trusting relationships and genuine rapport, leading to better outcomes for everyone.
Ongoing, consistent shifts Although this is a casual role, we work from ongoing weekly rosters, meaning you’ll likely have the same shifts each week. Our clients value the safety and routine this provides, and our staff appreciate the consistency and work-life balance.
Above-award wages We recognise quality care and pay above the SCHADS Award, reflecting your skills, experience, and commitment.
Ongoing Registered Nurse training & support We invest heavily in training and development. You'll receive participant-specific induction, supervised shadow shifts, competency assessments and ongoing RN-led support, ensuring you feel confident and supported when delivering high-intensity supports.
