Full Australian work rights

Full timecommitment of 40 hour, 5 day week, including weekends and public holidays

Willing to relocate and live on site

Must have minimum 2 years experience in a similar kitchen workplace

Be able to provide your Commercial Cookery certification and Food Handlers Certificate. Food Safety Supervisor certification not mandatory but highly regarded.

Other responsibilities include:

Preparation and production of dishes to the highest possible standard

Ensure proper cleanliness and hygiene procedures

Assist in supportingother members of the kitchen team

Commuter positions also available for the right candidates.

This is a live in position with accommodation and all meals provided (board charge applies). Own transport is not required as you will be living within resort premises on Moreton Island.
