The Opportunity

We're seeking an experienced Principal Structural Engineer / Structural Team Leader (CPEng) to establish and grow a successful structural engineering business throughout Victoria.

You'll become the face of the structural division in Melbourne, building long-term client relationships, winning quality work and developing a high-performing local team while being supported by an established multidisciplinary engineering business with significant technical resources already in place.

- Build long-term relationships with clients and industry partners
- Lead the continued growth of the Victorian structural business
- Mentor and develop your own structural engineering team
- Provide technical leadership,



review and sign-off as the region's CPEng
- Influence the strategic direction and future growth of the business
- Work closely with an experienced multidisciplinary team across Australia and New Zealand to deliver quality projects.

We're Looking For

- Around 10+ years' experience within an Australian structural engineering consultancy
- Strong business development and client relationship skills
- Leadership experience managing and mentoring engineersBroad structural design experience across commercial and building projects
- The confidence to represent the business throughout the Victorian market
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Someone who enjoys building teams, developing people and creating long-term client partnerships
