Paisley Park is seeking a qualified Early Childhood Teacher, or equivalent, for our Long Day Care Centre in Randwick. We have plenty of flexibility for Educators with a positive ‘can-do’ attitude.

Our lovely Centre is beautifully designed with state-of-the-art features throughout. The Centre is fully resourced with quality educational equipment. We are truly a standout educational facility in the local community. We are well-established, with robust continuity among Educators and a passionate, experienced Director who leads our team.

These workshops are embedded in our Professional Development and Learning Framework and come at no cost or ‘outside of hours’ burden. We understand that working with young children is extremely rewarding but can also be challenging. We focus on providing our entire team with the right balance between life/work.

Our Centre is easily accessible in a well-established community with ample FREE parking. We support our Educators with wonderful spaces for rest and relaxation, including programming space and ‘off the floor’ to reflect on documentation and planning. If you have your own young children, we offer heavily discounted fees, allowing you to bring your child to work.

The successful candidate will also be enthusiastic and passionate, and will have a positive work ethic. They will also hold a recognised Early Childhood University Degree or equivalent and must have at least 1 year of work experience/qualification. Remuneration is 89,000 to 99,000

Candidates must also have:

- A Working with Children Check
- National Police Check
- NESA Registration
- Child Safety Qualifications (GEECKO)
- A Senior First Aid/ Anaphylaxis/ Asthma certificate
- Child Protection Certification
- An understanding of the Code of Conduct, WHS Principles and Education and Care Regulations
