Job Description

- Respond to customer enquiries via phone, email, and in person.
- Provide accurate information about services and processes.
- Resolve customer issues promptly and professionally.
- Maintain up-to-date records and documentation of customer interactions.
- Assist with administrative tasks related to customer service operations.
- Support the team in achieving service delivery targets.
- Identify opportunities to improve the customer experience.
- Ensure compliance with organisational policies and procedures.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Customer Experience Officer should have:

- Proven experience in a customer service role, ideally within the public sector.




- Solid communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle a high volume of enquiries with professionalism.
- Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
- Attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
- Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to customer needs.
- An understanding of public sector processes and services is an advantage.
