About the role:

- Step into a rewarding leadership role where you’ll guide and support your fellow nurses while delivering outstanding patient care.
- Take the lead in clinical decision‑making, coordinating high‑quality care for patients with confidence and compassion.
- Work alongside the Nurse Unit Manager to lead the team, coordinate shifts, and create a positive, supportive workplace.
- Champion safe, evidence‑based care by maintaining high clinical standards and contributing to a culture of excellence.

About you:

- Current AHPRA‑registered Registered Nurse ready to take the next exciting step in your career!
- A relevant postgraduate qualification is a plus (but not essential!) – or you’re keen to complete one and continue growing your expertise.
- Thrive in complex clinical environments and confidently assess, plan, deliver,



and evaluate exceptional patient care.
- Natural leader who enjoys mentoring and supporting others while leading by example with confidence and integrity.

What we offer:

Total remuneration value of up to $111,401 p.a. is comprised of:

- An hourly rate between $57.48 - $61.55 p.h.
- 12.75% employer superannuation contribution
- 17.5% leave loading
