You will conduct high-quality assessments and interventions aimed at maximising functional independence, safety and quality of life for older clients, working as part of an interdisciplinary TCP team.
The role requires AHPRA-registered OT, strong communication and organisational skills, and the ability to work autonomously within a diverse team.
