We’re looking for an educator who already has strong experience within the early childhood sector and is ready to bring their knowledge, confidence and passion to a high-quality service.
About the Role
As an Experienced Assistant Educator, you’ll work collaboratively with our Room Leaders, Educational Leader and management team to provide exceptional education and care.
You will:
- Build strong, meaningful relationships with children and families
- Support the delivery of engaging and intentional learning experiences
- Contribute to observations, documentation and educational programming
- Maintain high standards of active supervision and child safety
- Support routines, transitions and the daily operation of your room
- Contribute ideas and initiative to continually improve practice
- Work collaboratively and positively with your team
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of the EYLF and National Quality Standard
- Be a positive role model and contribute to our culture of excellence
What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for someone who:
- Has demonstrated experience working in an early childhood education and care setting
- Holds a Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care
- Has a strong understanding of the EYLF, NQS and child-safe practices
- Is confident in active supervision and maintaining safe environments
- Is reliable, professional and takes initiative
- Builds genuine relationships with children, families and colleagues
- Is confident contributing to programming and documentation
- Works effectively within a collaborative team
- Is passionate about providing high-quality learning experiences
- Holds a current Working With Children Check
