Are you an experienced sales leader who enjoys building collaborative, high-performing teams, creating sales clarity, and shaping sustainable growth across a thriving national technology business? Data#3 is looking for a National Sales Manager to lead the day-to-day sales success of our recurring Infrastructure Software, and support annuity business nationally. This is a high-impact leadership role focused on driving sales performance, strengthening vendor alignment, coaching teams on strategic opportunities, and enabling consistent execution across a national sales function.

In this role , you will:

- Lead national sales performance across recurring Infrastructure Software, and Support sales
- Engender disciplined forecasting, pipeline management and deal governance
- Coach and support sales teams on major customer opportunities
- Strengthen collaboration, knowledge sharing and sales capability across the national team
- Build strong relationships with key vendors and partners
- Support the evolution of differentiated offerings and clear customer value propositions
- Translate strategy into practical sales priorities and execution plans

About you:





- Proven track record in strategic IT solution sales of complex solutions in medium to large organisations
- Demonstrated ability to lift sales performance, accountability and team capability
- Strong commercial acumen, including pipeline, budget and performance management
- Confident stakeholder engagement and vendor relationship management skills
- A cooperative, inclusive and coaching-led leadership style
