THE ROLE

This is an outstanding opportunity for an experienced multi-site retail leader to take ownership of national retail performance across a growing network.

You'll be responsible for driving commercial results, developing consistent retail standards, improving operational efficiency and leading a small, high-performing team. Beyond day-to-day operations, you'll play an important role in shaping future retail strategy as new locations are launched across Australia.

Day-to-Day

- Lead retail operations across multiple locations, ensuring consistent standards and strong commercial performance.
- Drive sales growth through promotional activity, retail initiatives and commercial planning.
- Manage purchasing, inventory, stock control, replenishment and shrinkage.
- Analyse sales trends and performance data to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Develop visual merchandising standards that enhance the customer experience.
- Coach, mentor and develop a small national retail operations team while supporting site-based employees.




- Build strong relationships with suppliers and negotiate product opportunities.
- Partner closely with senior leadership, marketing and finance to deliver business objectives.
- Support the successful launch of new retail locations and contribute to continuous improvement across the network.
- Travel interstate when required to support operational excellence.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED We're looking for an experienced retail leader who brings both commercial acumen and exceptional people leadership.

- Proven success leading multi-site retail operations.
- Experience managing retail performance, inventory, purchasing and merchandising.
- Strong commercial and analytical skills with the ability to turn data into action.
- Demonstrated experience coaching, mentoring and developing retail teams.
- Confidence building relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
- Experience opening new stores or supporting business expansion will be highly regarded.
- Background within beauty, haircare, cosmetics, fashion, wellness or premium lifestyle retail is advantageous but not essential.
- Experience using retail POS and inventory management systems, with Shopify knowledge viewed favourably.
- Flexibility to travel interstate as the business continues to grow.

SALARY Up to $120,000 base + Super + Bonus + Allowances
