Sailun Tyres Australia is seeking a driven and commercially minded National Service Network Development Manager – Fleet to lead the expansion and optimisation of our fleet service network across Australia. This is a pivotal role focused on building capability, strengthening partnerships, and delivering a high-performing service proposition for fleet customers and service agents.

The Role In this national role, you will be responsible for developing and managing a robust, high-quality service network that supports Sailun’s growing Fleet business. You will work closely with service providers, fleet operators, and internal stakeholders to ensure operational excellence, consistency, and customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities include

Identifying and securing new business opportunities to expand the Fleet service footprint with high-quality service providers

Coaching and developing service agents on operational best practices and performance standards

Negotiating mutually beneficial outcomes for both Fleet accounts and service partners

Optimising service propositions to improve efficiency for both agents and fleet customers

Managing and resolving service agent and customer disputes in a timely and qualified manner

Developing and delivering training programs for service agents and fleet operators

Establishing and maintaining service level agreements (SLAs) and service standards

Building and managing service agent quality reporting frameworks

Leading the development and ongoing enhancement of the Sailun Fleet Management Service Proposition

About You

You are a proactive,



relationship-driven professional with a strong operational mindset and a passion for delivering results. You thrive in a dynamic workplace and are comfortable working autonomously while influencing a broad range of stakeholders.

You will bring

Experience in fleet services, automotive, transport, or a similar operational environment A track record of managing subcontractor, dealer, or service partner networks

Strong leadership capability with a focus on coaching and developing partners

Proven ability to influence and negotiate with stakeholders ranging from small business owners to corporate accounts A strong commitment to safety, quality, and customer service excellence

Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills

Confidence in delivering training and managing reporting systems A self-motivated, action-oriented approach with the ability to manage your own schedule effectively

Skills & Qualifications

Highly analytical with strong attention to detail

Well-organised and capable of managing multiple priorities

Autonomous and a self-starter

Strong cross-functional collaboration skills (internal and external)

Comfortable communicating across functions, regions, and levels of seniority
