Equal Living is a fast growing NDIS provider with facilities in Dandenong, Spotswood, Preston and Werribee with over 100 employees.

By 2027 we will have facilities open in Heidelberg, Boronia and Box Hill

Our model of care is an eco-system of supports in an inclusive community including short term respite, medium term accommodation and long term SDA, in an apartment style setting.

The Ground Floor of each facility has corporate office space, and also allied health services though our Allied Health company Equal Therapy for OT, Physio, Psych and Speech Path. Our participants living on site enjoy 24/7 concierge services for ADL's with in-built assistive tech to each building, including ceiling hoists, automated blinds, bidets, call duress bells, and 1m wide doors for wheelchair accessibility.
