NDIS Property Manager | Leading Agency | Up to $110k package An excellent opportunity is available for an experienced and service-focused NDIS Property Manager to join a highly regarded real estate business on the Gold Coast.
This is a unique opportunity to manage a specialist portfolio within the disability accommodation and supported housing sector, while working as part of an established property management team with strong systems, support and internal processes.
The role would suit a Property Manager who enjoys stakeholder management, detailed administration, compliance, maintenance coordination and delivering a high level of care across a specialist residential portfolio.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing a portfolio of NDIS and specialist accommodation properties
- Liaising with landlords, tenants, support coordinators, care providers and other key stakeholders
- Coordinating repairs, maintenance,
compliance items and contractor access
- Ensuring properties are maintained to a high standard
- Managing lease administration, rent reviews, renewals and notices
- Handling tenant and stakeholder enquiries in a professional and timely manner
- Conducting inspections and following up maintenance or compliance requirements
- Working closely with internal leasing, administration and accounts teams
- Maintaining accurate records, documentation and communication
- Supporting robust outcomes for both property owners and occupants
- Ensuring all property management activity aligns with relevant legislation, agency processes and best-practice standards
You will ideally have:
- Previous experience in residential property management
- Strong communication and relationship-management skills
- High attention to detail and
