We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Network Analyst to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for monitoring, analyzing, and optimizing network performance while ensuring secure, reliable, and efficient network operations across the organization.

? KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

? Monitor and analyze network performance to ensure optimal availability and reliability.

? Troubleshoot network issues and coordinate timely resolution of incidents.

? Analyze network traffic and identify opportunities for performance improvement.

? Configure, maintain, and support LAN, WAN, VPN, and wireless network environments.

? Collaborate with IT teams to implement network upgrades and infrastructure improvements.

? Assist in maintaining network security and ensuring compliance with organizational standards.

? Prepare technical documentation, reports, and performance analyses.

? Provide technical support and recommendations for network optimization.

✅ REQUIREMENTS

?? Must be legally eligible to work in Australia.

? Applicants must hold one of the following:

- Australian Citizen
- Australian Permanent Resident
- Valid Australian Work Visa with full work rights

❌ Applicants holding a Visitor Visa,



Tourist Visa, or any visa without work rights are not eligible for this position. ? Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in Information Technology, Computer Science, Network Engineering, or a related field.

? Strong understanding of TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, DNS, DHCP, VPN, routing, and switching concepts.

? Experience monitoring network performance and troubleshooting connectivity issues.

?️ Knowledge of network security principles and best practices.

? Familiarity with network monitoring and diagnostic tools is an advantage.

? Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

? Ability to work independently and effectively in a fast-paced environment.
