We are seeking an experienced Network Administrator to manage and support enterprise network infrastructure across locations. The role involves administering network environments, ensuring optimal performance, maintaining security standards, and delivering advanced technical support for network-related issues.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and administer enterprise network infrastructure, includi ng routing, switching, wireless networks, firewalls, and V PNs across AU & NZ locations.
- Monitor network performance, proactively identify issues, and implement solutions to ensure high availability and reliability.
- Maintain and enhance network security through effective firewall management, access controls, and secure connectivity solutions.
- Provi de L2/L3 supp ort for network incidents and problem management, ensuring timely resolution of critical issues.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex network connectivity, performance, and security incidents.
- Coordinate with network service providers, vendors, and internal stakeholders to support operations, upgrades, and infrastructure projects.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies, security standards, and best practices.
- Maintain network documentation, configurations, and operational procedur es.

Required Skills & Experie nce:





- 7+ years of experience in Network Administration or Network Engineering.
- Strong expertise in Routing, Switching, Wireless Technologies, Firewalls, and VPNs.
- Experience w ith L2/L3 Incident and Problem Manage ment.
- Hands-on experience with network monitoring and troubleshooting tools.
- Strong understanding of TCP/IP, VLANs, WAN/LAN technologies, and network security concepts.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management ski lls.
