Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced

Network SME with robust expertise in

Routing, Switching, Wireless, Security, SD-WAN, and Cloud Networking

. The role involves designing, implementing, troubleshooting, and optimizing enterprise network environments while serving as the highest technical escalation point for complex issues.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and support enterprise LAN, WAN, WLAN, and Data Center networks.

- Configure and troubleshoot

BGP, OSPF, MPLS, VPN, GRE, and SD-WAN technologies.

- Manage switching technologies including

VLANs, STP, VXLAN-EVPN, and Cisco Nexus platforms

.

- Support and optimize enterprise

Wi-Fi/WLAN environments.

- Integrate and manage networking solutions across

AWS and Azure cloud platforms.

- Provide Level-3 support, lead major incident (P1) calls, and perform detailed

Root Cause Analysis (RCA)

.

- Support





Palo Alto firewalls and network security solutions.

- Participate in solution design, technical assessments, and architecture reviews.

- Mentor engineers and contribute to operational excellence initiatives.
