About the Opportunity

We are partnering with a well established residential home builder / developer to appoint an experienced New Home Specialist. The role is display home based across two of South East Queensland's strongest growth corridors, and you will own the full sales journey from first enquiry through to contract.

This is a senior appointment rather than an entry level display role. It will suit an industry skilled with a strong off the plan background who can confidently sell a diverse product range, including traditional detached homes, terrace homes and future residential product.

Key Responsibilities

- Convert walk in traffic, database leads and self generated enquiry into signed contracts
- Assess customer requirements and recommend suitable home designs based on site conditions, estate guidelines and planning requirements
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Proactively source land opportunities through relationships with developers, land agents and referrers
- Identify and structure competitive house and land packages
- Act as the primary sales representative at the display home and maintain presentation standards




- Guide clients through selections, pricing, inclusions and the pre contract process
- Confidently interpret contour plans, estate covenants, setbacks, disclosure plans, BAL requirements, acoustic overlays, easements and retaining requirements
- Maintain accurate CRM records, documentation, EOIs and deposits

About You

- Proven experience as a New Home Sales Consultant
- Strong background in off the plan residential sales
- Sound understanding of residential construction, estate guidelines and planning requirements
- Highly professional, accountable and self motivated
