Managed by BlueFit since 2010, Greenwich Baths is an iconic Sydney harbour beach location. We’re gearing up for a huge summer season and looking for energetic, enthusiastic team members to join our summer crew across three exciting roles:

1. Beach Safety "Nippers" Instructors (Sundays Only: Nov–Dec 2026 & Feb–Mar 2027)
2. Pool & Beach Lifeguards (Flexible Weekday & Weekend Shifts)
3. Café Attendants (Flexible Weekday & Weekend Shifts)

1. Beach Safety "Nippers" Instructor (Sundays Only)

Get paid to run fun, high-energy beach activities and teach local kids real water safety skills!

- When: Sundays only (7:45 AM – 10:45 AM) across an 8-week season (Early Nov–Mid Dec 2026 & Early Feb–Late Mar 2027).
- What You’ll Do: Lead groups of kids through 6 fun station rotations (Boards, Water Safety, Flags, Noodles, Balls, and Obstacle Course/Tug of War). Bring the energy—high-fives, big encouragement, and a focus on water safety!
- Requirements: Confident in/around the water, energetic, and excellent with kids. No prior teaching experience needed - attitude matters most and we will train you!

2. Lifeguard (Summer Season) Keep our guests safe while enjoying the best outdoor workplace in Sydney!

- What You’ll Do: Active supervision of our beach and swimming areas, enforcing water safety, preventing incidents,



and responding to emergencies with confidence.
- Requirements: Pool Lifeguard License (or willingness to obtain), First Aid, CPR, and a strong commitment to safety.

3. Café Attendant (Summer Season) Be the friendly face of Greenwich Baths!

- What You’ll Do: Serve delicious cold drinks, ice creams, snacks, and coffee to our beachgoers, handle register transactions, and keep the café sparkling clean.
- Requirements: Friendly attitude, reliable work ethic, and basic customer service experience (barista skills are a bonus!).

What We’re Looking For:

- Reliability & Energy: Upbeat, punctual, and ready to bring positive vibes to the beach.
- Community & Safety Mindset: Dedicated to keeping our venue safe, clean, and welcoming for local families.
- Certifications Required (or willing to obtain):
- Current First Aid & CPR Certificates
- Valid Working with Children Check (if aged 18+)
- For Lifeguards: Valid Pool Lifeguard Certification
