We are seeking an experienced Core Java Developer with 7+ years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, and maintaining enterprise-grade applications. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Core Java, multithreading, collections, data structures, and backend development, along with experience in building scalable and high-performance systems.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain robust Java applications.
- Write clean, efficient, and reusable code following best practices.
- Develop and optimize backend services and APIs.
- Perform code reviews, debugging, and performance tuning.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Implement scalable and secure application architectures.
- Participate in the complete Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).

Required Skills

- 7+ years of experience in Core Java development.
- Strong knowledge of Java 8/11/17, OOP concepts, Collections, Generics, and Exception Handling.
- Hands‑on experience with Multithreading, Concurrency,



and Memory Management.
- Strong understanding of Data Structures and Algorithms.
- Experience with JDBC, SQL, and relational databases such as Oracle, MySQL, or PostgreSQL.
- Knowledge of Design Patterns and software engineering best practices.
- Experience with build tools such as Maven or Gradle.
- Proficiency with Git and version control systems.
- Solid problem‑solving and analytical skills.

Preferred Skills

- Experience with Spring Boot, RESTful APIs, and Microservices.
- Knowledge of messaging systems such as Kafka or RabbitMQ.
- Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
