About the Opportunity As a Registered Nurse in Palliative Care, you will work within a multidisciplinary team to provide specialist, compassionate care to patients and their families. Your role is central to supporting comfort, dignity, and quality of life for individuals with life-limiting conditions.
In this role you will: Deliver high-quality, person-centered palliative care tailored to patient needs. Undertake assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of nursing interventions.t.
Accurately document healthcare information and maintain electronic patient records. Collaborate effectively with patients, families, carers, and healthcare team members to ensure continuity of care. Participate in quality improvement activities, professional development, and service initiatives aligned with CCLHD's strategic goals.

We are looking for someone who has: Holds current Authority to Practice as a Registered Nurse with AHPRA. Has a current Australian Driver's Licence,
National Criminal Record Check, and
Working With Children Check. Brings extensive clinical experience in Palliative Care and a commitment to evidence-based practice.
Works effectively both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team. Applicants must have current work rights in Australia or be a permanent resident or citizen. Unfortunately, we cannot consider applicants who do not meet this requirement.
