The Role and Responsibilities

- Preparing and presenting high-quality cafe meals to brand standards
- Maintaining food safety and hygiene standards (HACCP compliance)
- Managing prep, stock rotation and portion control
- Supporting menu execution and seasonal changes
- Working collaboratively with cafe and front of house teams
- Contributing ideas aligned with health and wellness trends
- Reporting to the Cafe Manager

About You

- Trade qualified – Certificate 3 in Commercial Cookery
- First Aid and CPR Certificate (or willing to obtain)
- Highly skilled in breakfast and lunch items
- Ability to work autonomously
- Organised, efficient and calm under pressure
- Available for adaptable shifts, including early mornings and weekends
- Reliable mode of transport
