Client Servies Manager - Property Management but with NO portfolio

We have a fantastic opportunity to join a growing agency on the Sunshine Coast, working alongside a very successful team of PMS & BDMS.

This role would also suit a Property Manager looking to take a step away from managing a portfolio directly but still wants to be involved in the Rental Department or an experienced Assistant Property Manager who has a outstanding attention to detail & wants to further progress in their career.

The Role

- No leasing - this is NOT a leasing role
- Entry Condition Reports
- File pick up / key collection
- Ensuring properties are ready for tenancies
- Arrange maintenance as and when required for new tenancies
- Updating and maintaining CRM database
- Attend photoshoots of property prior to listing a property
- Work closely with the BDM & PM team




- NO admin - VA team takes care of all of the administration
- Key handover to the PM team once property is tenancy ready

Required

- Real Estate Certificate essential
- Experience in the Real Estate industry
- Exceptional personal presentation
- High level of organisation and time management
- Passion for the industry and drive to progress
