The Opportunity
Join a growing commercial builder on a landmark Gold Coast development as their HSE Advisor.
Reporting directly to the HSE Manager, you'll be the boots-on-the-ground safety presence across a $150M multi-residential project. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys being out on site, building relationships with subcontractors and driving a positive safety culture.
You'll also have the prospect to contribute to the project's HSE Committee as the development progresses,
making this an excellent role for someone wanting to continue building their career on large-scale projects.
The Company
Our client is the construction arm of a well-established national developer specialising in large-scale integratedmulti-rescommunities.
Their in-house build division has been launched to deliver these projects directly - ensuring quality, consistency, and long-term pipeline security.
They have an exceptionally strong decade ahead, with multiple major projects in planning and a fully built-out delivery team already taking shape.
What You'll Be Doing
- Support the HSE Manager in the day-to-day delivery of site safety
- Conduct site inspections, audits and safety walks
- Build strong relationships with site teams and subcontractors
- Assist with incident investigations and corrective actions
- Help maintain site safety documentation and compliance
- Participate in toolbox talks and safety meetings
What You Bring
- Experience as an HSE Advisor within commercial construction
- Multi-residential tower project experience
- Tier 1 builder exposure will be highly regarded
