About the Role

SEE Group have outstanding full-time opportunities available Excavator Operators to join projects across South - West Brisbane region, projects include Logan Village, Flagstone, Jimboomba, Ripley and more.

This is a full-time position with overtime penalty rates and allowances.





This is a diverse and fast-paced role working with our professional and highly skilled Urban development team. In joining a certified 'Great Place to Work' you will have the opportunity to work with a collaborative and hard-working team that values your impact on the project.

Responsibilities

- Carry out pre-start checklists on plant you're required to operate
- Operate /drive plant properly and safely to suit the individual job conditions.
- Ensure safety of other team members and the public in accordance with the legislative requirements.
- Report any fault/damage/problem the plant you are assigned to the Site Supervisor.
- Service equipment by cleaning, lubricating and re-fueling it and make minor adjustments and repairs when necessary, in consultation with the Workshop Personnel.
- Keep plant in a clean and tidy state.

Essential Skills and Attributes

- Hold anrelevant RII ticket
- Have a Construction IndustryInduction Card
- Be reliable and trustworthy with the ability to work with little supervision and be able to work as part of a team
- Strong safety initiative
- Have excellent communication skills
- Be reliable and dedicated to the role
- Be able to pass a pre-employment medical examination, including a drug and alcohol screen
