The Chance

We’re urgently looking for Community Support Workers living in the Northern Region ( Killara / Mosman/ Narrabeen)In this rewarding role, you’ll support elderly clients to live safely and independently in their own homes—while staying connected to their community.

What You’ll Be Doing

- Providing social support, companionship, and meaningful engagement
- Assisting with transport, shopping, and outings
- Delivering personal care with dignity and respect
- Supporting with domestic tasks and meal preparation

What You’ll Get

- Ongoing support from experienced mentors and team leaders
- Paid induction and continuous training
- Regular weekday roster (Mon–Fri, 7am–5pm)
- Minimum 2 days availability required

What We’re Looking For

- Caring, empathetic, and reliable individuals
- Willingness to learn and grow
- Cert III/IV in Aged Care, Disability,



Community (or studying Nursing – highly regarded)
- Community/aged care experience
- Driver’s licence + reliable insured vehicle (essential)
- Current checks (or willingness to obtain): First Aid/CPR, Police Check, NDIS, WWCC
