Make a real difference in your local community! The Prospect We’re urgently looking for compassionate Disability Support Workers living in the St George region around Monterey area . In this rewarding role, you’ll support clients to live safely and independently in their own homes—while staying connected to their community.

What You’ll Be Doing

- Provide high care assistance (Manual Handling, Hoist, PEG feeding, Bowel Care)
- Delivering personal care with dignity and respect
- Supporting with domestic tasks and meal preparation
- Providing social support, companionship, and meaningful engagement
- Assisting with transport, shopping, and outings

What You’ll Get

- Ongoing support from experienced mentors and team leaders
- Paid induction and continuous training
- Regular weekday roster
- Minimum 2 weekdays availability and open working on weekends
- Inactive night shifts

What We’re Looking For

- Caring, empathetic, and reliable individuals




- Willingness to learn and grow
- Cert III/IV in Aged Care, Disability, Community (or studying Nursing – highly regarded)
- Disability/aged care experience
- Driver’s licence + reliable insured vehicle (essential)
- Current checks (or willingness to obtain): First Aid/CPR, Police Check, NDIS, WWCC
