What Providers Expect

Providers connecting with nurses through Carevo expect current AHPRA registration with no conditions, a clear and current police check, and NDIS Worker Screening clearance. Clinical experience in community, aged care, or disability settings carries significant weight. Providers also want nurses who document accurately and communicate proactively about changes in a participant’s condition.

Pay rates for community nursing vary depending on the provider, the type of engagement (employee or contractor), and any applicable award conditions. Carevo does not set rates, and you should clarify remuneration directly with any provider who contacts you.
