We are seeking an experienced and motivated Nurse Practitioner to join our growing telehealth team. This role offers the chance to practise to your full scope while delivering accessible healthcare to patients across Australia from the comfort of your home or preferred workspace.

Telehealth Nurse Practitioner roles involve advanced assessment, diagnosis, prescribing, patient education and ongoing management within a governance-supported model of care.

About the Role

As a Telehealth Nurse Practitioner, you will provide comprehensive virtual healthcare services to patients across the lifespan, managing a wide range of acute, preventative and chronic health concerns.

You will

- Conduct comprehensive health assessments via video and telephone consultations
- Diagnose and manage common acute and chronic health conditions within your scope of practice
- Prescribe medications and treatments in accordance with relevant legislation and clinical guidelines
- Order and interpret pathology and diagnostic imaging investigations




- Develop personalised management plans tailored to individual patient needs
- Provide preventative health advice, health promotion and patient education
- Issue medical certificates, referrals and specialist consultations where appropriate
- Coordinate care with GPs, specialists, allied health professionals and community services
- Deliver follow-up care to optimise health outcomes and continuity of care
- Maintain accurate and compliant clinical documentation
- Participate in quality improvement and clinical governance activities

About You

Essential

- Registration with AHPRA and endorsed as a Nurse Practitioner
- Permitted to work in Australia
- Hold or have the ability to apply for a Medicare provider number
- Hold your own professional indemnity insuranceCurrent
- Endorsement for scheduled medicines prescribing
- Demonstrated advanced clinical assessment and diagnostic skills
- Ability to work independently and make sound clinical decisions
- Excellent communication and patient engagement skills
- Strong understanding of evidence-based practice
- High level of digital literacy and confidence using telehealth platforms and electronic health records
- Commitment to delivering safe,



compassionate and patient-centred care

Desirable

- Previous telehealth or virtual care experience
- Experience in primary care, urgent care, chronic disease management or community health
- Experience working with diverse patient populations
